A question about A.I.

So... I have pretty severe ADHD, meaning my notes and my grammar when writing can be... iffy. If I were to use chatGPT, not to generate ideas or art, but to help with organizing my notes, and double checking my grammar, would that be okay so long as I put a disclaimer at the top of the fic?
