Cal Poly Slo or Rutgers New Brunswick? Any opinion/advice would help!

I’m currently deciding between Cal Poly SLO (in-state) and Rutgers New Brunswick (OOS) for Business Administration. I'd love to hear your thoughts on which school might be better for business admin majors!

- Cal Poly is cheaper, but cost is not a major factor

- Rutgers is T50 and Cal Poly Slo is not ranked nationally - does this affect me if I might pursue a masters degree later on? If I go to Cal Poly, will it affect me when I am apply for masters?

- Want to stay in CA after graduation

I know Rutgers has a bigger name on the East Coast and is close to NYC, but does that really matter if I plan to work in California? How is Cal Poly Slo's reputation in the CA job market? How is Cal Poly’s business program and career prospects for someone who wants to stay in CA? Any insights on reputation, internships, networking, and job placement for both schools would be super helpful.
