Diarrhea early in pregnancy—help

Sorry if this is tmi—4 weeks and just started having diarrhea/pretty intense sudden urges to go. I’m a surgical resident and absolutely terrified I’m going to shit my pants in the OR lol. Are there any remedies people have found to help? I would rather be constipated at this point
