English dub is really good

For anyone on the fence: I’ve played five hours, one of which was in Chinese and the rest in English. I switched because the subtitle font is tiny and it took too much focus away from the delightful visuals.

I was enjoying the Chinese, but in all honesty the English is every bit as good. The VAs all seem to be Chinese people who speak British English, based on their accents. As a dumb American whose Chinese goes no further than ni hao monke, I couldn’t be happier with it.

If we’re going to rate this on a scale from Stellar Blade to Lies of P (and why wouldn’t we?) I’m giving the English dub a 9 pinocchios outta 10. Stellar work, my game science dudes.
