My wife wanted me to update you all on her progress after her last post asking for advice. Thanks to the 90+ comments filled with tips and encouragement, she kept at it—adjusting her starter with different feeding ratios and flours, monitoring dough temperature during bulk fermentation, and practicing patience.

This was attempt #7, and it's safe to say all the effort paid off. The result? A pillowy soft interior and what I’d call a fantastic crust. Thanks again to this community for helping her get there!
