Ate questionable pork chops
Hello, so today I made bone in pork chops and used a digital thermometer to make sure the whole piece was 145 Fahrenheit or more and could've sworn it was all to temp. We ate the pork towards the bone and when I cut off the riblet the meat around the bone the meat was obviously undercooked still, and cut the rest up and cooked it some more to temp.
My question is, even though the parts we started with were to temp and thoroughly cooked, are we at risk of food sickness since the other thicker parts around the bone were still undercooked, even if we didn't eat those parts before we noticed?
