Dog Constant Soft Stool

So first off my dog is known to have a sensitive stomach.

Almost two weeks ago (2 weeks on Wednesday) he went in and got his yearly vaccines done. He started having very small liquid poops but not uncommon for him after his vaccines.

Well it’s still happening and I’m up with him like 2-3 times in the night. I have a vet appointment for Tuesday but now I’m freaking out that I should have gone sooner… also he has been playing, eating and acting normal the entire time. He has been on royal canin gastro food for a few days (has been given it many times before) and he takes a probiotic everyday for two years because of his tummy.

I am not 100% sure if I’m asking for advice or just needing to know if I should try to go to a vet sooner or if it should be okay…
