Bull terrier Swollen nose issue

This is my two year old bull terrier. Has been given antibiotics from the vet. Didn’t seem to help. Sometimes it gets real puffy. It also always only happens on the same side of the nose.

Has been having this problem on and off last year. Was also giving animax ointment which does seem to help but comes back after a couple months.

Anyone else’s doggos have this issue?
