Sound stopping on Redmi buds 3 lite

Hi! I have been using the redmi buds 3 lite for a couple of years now. Idk why, but earlier today the sound just started to stop at a random point while watching videos. If I stop the video and wait a few seconds it comes back, but then after a few more seconds it again stops working. I tried resetting them, but it doesn't help. Does anybody know about this issue? And if so, does someone know how to fix it?
