Help please

I have an assignment due on my personal experience with race and racism and I have to talk about my own race and ethnicity. I am Caucasian and Native American, I don't know what to put for my ethnicity. I wasn't raised learning about my Native american side and on the caucasian side my family is from england, wales, germany, and poland. I am just confused, do I say European even though I live in america where the culture is different? Is ethnicity subjective? please help
