I’m so frustrated with our ‘19 Odyssey

We bought our ‘19 elite brand new. We’ve had constant front suspension issues. We had both the left and right suspension assemblies replaced under the original factory warranty. We have also had the steering rack replaced not once, but twice under our extended platinum warranty. Every time the issue has been popping noise from the front during turns. Every time they replaced a part, the issues would go away for about 1.5-2 years then come back. I’ve never owned a vehicle with this many chronic suspension issues.

We now currently have our van at Honda again for the same thing and I feel like the dealership is trying to blow us off now. I just got a call from our service rep saying the techs can hear the sound but that it’s so faint. Almost acting like I should just deal with the issue. But as I explained to the rep you can FEEL it in the steering wheel too when it pops.

We still have a few months left on our extended warranty and I want to try and get this addressed before it’s expired. I asked her if they could escalate this to some Honda master techs or something because I feel like they’re just throwing darts at the problem and don’t really know how to fix it once and for all. This whole experience has greatly soured me on Honda for future vehicle purchases.
