H1b open work permit - spouse application

I as the primary applicant, holding valid H1b and living in US, have applied for canadian h1b open work permit. I specified that my spouse would accompany me in my application.

However when attempting to create an application for spouse's work permit as part of group, I couldn't submit it due to some sort of glitch.

Will my spouse be eligible to apply for a work permit based on h1b holders spouse separately after my application - assuming it is approved?
