Lexus won’t turn over

My 2012 ls460L just wouldn’t start this morning. It cranks, engine moves, some exhaust comes out but won’t run. Cranks, got brummm brummm, and rpm’s are jumping under 1000 but won’t completely turn over. Any ideas!? I tried to post the video here but it won’t work. This notification comes on as well.
