First Half Marathon
I ran my first half marathon on Sunday after being sick and injured the past month, so not as much prep as I would’ve hoped for. Also it was over 200m elevation, and the marathon I’m training for is much more flat(March 16, 7weeks). With a lot of commitment is 3hr 45min marathon plausible?
