Accidentally left a new unopened box of pens on counter for 3.5 hours…

Got home from the grocery store and started putting groceries away. Forgot about my new box of Monjauru I picked up at the pharmacy while I was there. Noticed it 3.5 hours later. I went ahead and put the box in the fridge. Will the medicine still be ok?
