Anyone else preorder the Hissfits from They're Action Figures?

Because I did; they were selling them for a price that worked out to $25 per doll, just like regular dolls sold separately. But I still haven't received them. My order was confirmed but there's been no update or word since then. Has anyone else ordered from them, Hissfits or otherwise? Anyone have a good experience they can share? I like to buy from small independent businesses when I can, but it sometimes makes me nervous because I'm never sure I can trust their fulfillment processes.
