Nissan Dayz 2013-2014 A Good Option Under 20L or Suzuki Alto?

I want to know how expensive are the parts of Dayz? Should I buy a 2013-2014 model of Nissan Dayz or go for Suzuki Alto 2019 Local?

Saw a comment on facebook regarding Mira ES, the person said 2 years ago its headlight was broken from side, the replacement of it cost him Rs. 29.000.

Are parts of Japanese Cars really this expensive?
