Simplii Visa credit card combination of promos

I see that the Simplii credit card has a promo taking place where you get 10% cash back on all purchases for 3 months. I was wondering if anyone has applied and gotten this promo on top of the $50 you can get from using a link to join from a friend or if these two promos a mutually exclusive.
