Birthday ETB Question

Hello guys, I am new to this platform and I have one question. What are some of the best ETB's, my birthday is in a couple of weeks and I have let's say around $500 dollars to spend. I know Prismatic Evolutions is getting bad reviews but I am set on getting that, so I really have around $380 to spend.
