advice on bio questions

For the R&W section, I noticed there are a ton of paragraphs related to biology and science. I would really appreciate some advice to tackle those questions because I find them 1. Boring asf and 2. All of the complicated names and vocabulary often mess me up and make more confused for some reason. Overall, I’d have to read the paragraph multiple times to fully understand it which of course wastes a lot of time. I don’t usually find this struggle toward questions related to a different topic.
