What beings are left

Question after Dean dies in the last season what supernatural creatures are left on the human plane. Are there any super powerful creatures left or are they just normal ghost/monsters.

Also when Rowena became the ruler of hell did she close the hell gates or can demons still go to the human plane and cause chaos and make deals.
