Am I unrealistic?

So i was talking to my friend today and the topic of relationship came up and i told him i wouldn’t want a guy who has been with multiple girls before and how i wouldn’t want my boyfriend to have a female bestie or a guy who smokes and drinks, she told me that it is very unrealistic of me to think that i could find someone like that and how i should be willing to compromise on somethings.
