Anyone else hate Fran’s hair in season 4?

Of course Fran is a fashion icon, but I’m rewatching again and got to season 4 and I hate how she always had her hair done slicked back with a headband. I found it very unflattering and a downgrade to her previous hair and even season 5 and 6 hair
