Should you really go hard on Dynamax Raikou?

As I’ve noticed from my experience with max battles these electric type category is already full of great Pokémon like gmax toxtricity and others. This begs the question of if you should be doing these raids other than wanting it for completion reasons. I ask how many people are going to go hard this weekend for a pokemon that is not at the top of the electric category for raids or max battles? Or do I have it all wrong and we all need to raid it because it’s invaluable to our max battles teams?
