Tim and his phone theory

I could have never predicted the deaths in seasons 1 & 2 so this is just for fun.

1. Tim, riddled with stress and anxiety from the FBI case, successfully/attempts to off himself at the end of the vacation. Saxon, retrieves his phone back before departing and checks his messages to find out Tim was cleared of any wrongdoing or the FBI didn’t find enough evidence to indict him.

2. Tim, in an Ativan/stress infused frenzy, decides to steal his phone back. Gaitok, after being ridiculed by Mook, spots Tim as one of the robbers and shoots him.
