Anyone else getting Muscle twitching and Muscle loss?

So I've been take Zepbound for about 2 months now. So far the weight loss results have been great. I'm eating less and I've lost 23 pounds. Now I've been noticing my muscles twitching in my arms and legs. Combine that with my left leg getting smaller then my right and it has sent me down a very bad rabbit hole thinking autoimmune disease (famous Yankee player). Got a blood test recently and my Ck levels were elevated and doctor says I need to drink more because it could be from dehydration. So is anyone else having similar symptoms happening?
