Leaving after Parental Leave

I’m currently on mat leave at my firm and hoping not to come back at the end. I can’t juggle raising this kid and biglaw. For obvious reasons, I’m not running this plan by folks at the firm. But I’ve seen people in parenting subreddits mention that many jobs require people to come back for a certain period of time, otherwise they have to pay back part or all of their leave benefits. In my state, that’s legal. I’ve scoured my firms leave policy and can’t find anything saying that, but wanted a gut check from other biglaw attorneys. Do your firms require new parents to come back or else pay back part of their leave benefits?

ETA: I found a clawback provision. It’s 30 days, otherwise I have to pay back “benefit contributions.” I’m going to assume that not all pay, just benefits like insurance and such? But regardless, I can do 30 days. I’ll live.
