How old is Greed in the game?

I bought a Greed buttpad and slap its ass everyday before bed.

However, upon learning that Issac in the game is cannonically 5, I feel uncomfortable spanking the greed buttpad as I do not know its age.

So my question is how old is Greed in the game.
