Is anyone else not able to unlock the calling card Superstar?

The challenge is to Win a TDM, FFA, or S&D match with the most Eliminations and highest K/D ratio of all players.

The thing is I have done that multiple times, even double checked the score board after the match, and I met all of the requirements, winning TDM, having the most kills, and the best K/D ratio of everyone in the match. But for some reason it hasn't unlocked.

Is anyone else having this problem?
