C2B tips
I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 2 years now and somehow I have never attempted a C2B? 🥴 I can do many kipping pull ups strung together, and can do strict pull ups as well. I also can bench 145 lb (f). I know I have the strength to do a C2B, but I tried for 3 hours yesterday and only got about 3. Everytime I try and do it, I end up doing a pull up. I cannot for the life of me make the mind body connection to pull my elbows back rather than down. Please send me any tips and help 😭 I was hoping to do 25.2 up until the BMU until I realized I can’t figure out a C2B
EDIT: did 25.2 rx and had 7:19 left when I got to C2B and I got 8 and ripped both palms 😀
