Who is your favorite character and why?

Hi!

My friend got me into DST recently and we’ve been playing regularly since. We’re still figuring out characters and mechanics, but it’s very fun so far.

I’ve mostly been picking characters based on vibes and then learning what they do. So far, I’ve enjoyed Webber and Wormwood (I also played Wurt but I don’t know enough about the game to use her main skills yet, so I’ve put her on hold), but definitely playing Wormwood more. I just like farming and being a chill little guy who calls everything ‘’friend’’. My friend has been more proactive in conquering the world and fights a lot more, so he’s been playing Wigfrid.

The next character I want to pick up is either Wickerbottom or Willow.

I’ve been curious to learn more about other characters and why people like them. Is it the mechanics, the story/flavor/character design, or both?
