Internet issue

I'm playing efootball since 2023. Now I'm having very internet issues with this game once I'm open this game it's buffering and taking tim to open. Once u got opponent in division matches. I can play but suddenly the closing automatically and this message is showing. After that I'm tested the ethernet speed it's good no problem I'm getting 100 mbps ang ping,download,uploading speed is also good. But I don't know what to do for avoiding this kind of problem. If anyone know this solution please let me know..
