What Are Your Protein Hacks?

I am looking for some of your hacks that have helped you get your protein intake up. I am struggling to get my protein in with meals, so obviously I am adding shakes to help it out. But I looking for easy ways to add some extra protein without a ton of calories.

So far I do the following:

  • Add Fairlife milk and PB2 powder to my shakes that adds 10-15g of protein to my shake
  • Cottage cheese in scrambled eggs
  • Cottage cheese as bases for my homemade Big Mac Sauce for cheese burger bowls or any cheese type sauce for that matter
  • Cans of tuna without a ton of mayo - I add a bit of mayo and horseradish or Dijon mustard
