Looking for 3D Artist / Animator

Hello, I am looking for a 3d artist/animator to help with art for a Top-Down Shooter game I have been working on. I am looking for someone who can work up to 20hrs a week. I mostly need environments but if you have experience with characters also that would be a plus. The project is expected to take 3-6 months and the start date would be March 31st.
