Golf lesson advice
I’d like to get some professional lessons and am looking for advice.
Some background… I’m in my 40s, go to the driving range occasionally, and have played probably around ~20 times over the last 5 years. I have no aspirations of being good… I just want to be competent and not feel embarrassed when I’m out playing my local courses.
I’d like the lessons to start with the fundamentals: grip, stance, proper rotation, etc. as I’m certain I have incorporated every bad habit into my game.
The range I’m thinking of going to for lessons has 30, 45, and 60 minute packages. Would it be better for me to go with 30 minute lessons or 60 minutes?
My thought is 30 minutes so that I’m not overwhelmed with trying to take away too much info over the course of a 60 minute lesson. Any advice or other things I should consideration before I pull the trigger? Thanks!
