Animation stutter

On my brand new 16 pro, I can easily notice a non-smooth animation (jelly like) when scrolling the home screen to the right just after unlocking. I noticed this on my previous base iPhone 15, but I didn't expect it on the ProMotion screen. Has anyone experienced it?
