3 weeks into new job vs new opportunity

Currently I work in tech based on my previous career. After being laid off, I just started working for a company that has a decent following in the sector. I realize that while I am in the honeymoon phase, the team is pretty good and I vibe well with my boss. Benefits are decent, unlimited PTO is the only thing I find brag worthy. The pay isn't horrible but not really anything to celebrate about.

I recently had a conversation with a recruiter on LinkedIn and they shared a job description and compensation range. Worst case scenario, the low end is 15k more than what I am currently making. They're also using profit sharing as a tool to Garner interest. This company doesn't seem to have as a big a following (never heard of them, and neither has anyone in my network). They're website isn't flashy but they do seem legit.

I know I'm getting ahead of myself, but I wanted to pick people's brain a bit. Current role is WFH with some traveling opportunities. The one I'm interviewing for, is heavy travel and would require relocating (I am in a state with no income tax, they have 2 options and one of which also has no income tax). I'm a classic over-thinker and just need help sorting my thoughts.

I appreciate any insight
