Bruising.

Ok so not sure if anyone else has had this, maybe coincidence but wanted to ask as it’s been worrying me this evening. 6th week, 5mg. I noticed a few days ago my legs were all bruised, I put it down to I’d been digging a flower bed and thought I’d probably bashed my legs. Well this evening I’ve noticed about 4-5 bruises coming up on my stomach now too, I know I’ve not hit my tummy on anything, I also don’t inject in to that area, so not from that. Could it be a side effect? Did I miss that on the info sheets? Main question, should I be worried?
