Native wildflower seed collecting options in Perth?

Are there any places you go to see native wildflowers where they are okay with your harvesting some of the seeds?

I have seen this list of places to see wildflowers in Perth but I am a bit concerned I might get in trouble if I started harvesting the seeds.

I have been buying native wildflower seeds from Bunnings and Waldecks but I am ending up forking over a lot of money for tiny little seed packets. I have quite a collection and plan to build my own little seed library but I really want to build up large quantities of seeds for urban florticulture projects. So far I going to grow the native flowers in my own garden and ask people I know if I can grow some in their gardens too but it will take a long time before I can collect seeds and I will need to ensure they get pollinated.

I could try the swan seed library https://www.swan.wa.gov.au/awcontent/Web/Documents/Explore-and-Do/Swan-Seed-Library-Brochure.pdf

Then there is seed saving WA through Permaculture West but I'm banned from facebook (they use a facebook group) so don't have an account.

Then of course there are independent seed sellers and I will look into those too but I will try to find some free seed options first. Thank you.
