What rugby nations other than your own, that currently aren’t big rugby nations that’s you’d like to see adopt rugby more

Personally I’d like to see more African countries like Uganda and Kenya adopt the game more. Whenever you see them in sevens they’re a delight to watch. I’d love to see them do it though with a full team and full game.
