Is it allowed to create AI Images where Facial Features like Eyes, Nose, Mouth etc. are clearly visible?

There are a lot of Videos on YouTube where people are using voiceovers and the image is of an AI-generated scholar so is this allowed?

I heard that we can not draw facial features whether they belong to a human being or animals but in this era, whether it is about ongoing War, Religious Issues, or cultural issues everyone is using AI Images to highlight the cause and better engagement of viewers.

Some say it is permissible if it is for educational use or does not cause harm.

An example would be for:

Educational Use
Using Ai Human Characters with full face to teach how to pray or do wudu.

Non Harmful Use
Using Ai Human/Animal Character with full face to use as a company's Logo or Image for their social media content.

Are those Images Allowed?
