Slow Connection

Brand new 98” qm751g I got yesterday. I have 1 gig google fiber WiFi, the router is about 25 feet from the tv on the same level of the house. I was on the phone with TCL for 30 minutes trying to troubleshoot and got nowhere. Performed a factory reset and also reset my WiFi. Any ideas short of figuring out how to get an Ethernet connection run to the tv?
