Need help in protein intake

How much protein should I take?

I've googled and it says something like 1.2 grams per kilogram of my body weight but some searches say I have to calculate using my lean body mass, I want to bulk I am 168cm and ~75kgs how much protein should I take,

And by the way what are some really good protein sources, other than protein powder, it's really hard to hit those protein goals
