What determines winner on a draw?

Just had a quick cash game where all three teams ended with 10k. No one was cashing out when the timer ran out. What determines 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in that case? Cause the team that went first was the one that had the least kills and least combat, support and objective score. The team that had the most of all went second and we went third.
