What really happens during the Base Camp and International student orientation??

Hii! Im going to hopefully join Ualberta this upcoming fall and will be staying in a shared room at Lister!

I signed up for orientation a couple days back and i am confused as to whether ill have to attend all the BaseCamp orientations (26th Aug-30th i believe)?

Also what happens during these orientations since the duration set is pretty long?
