My brother bought a sealed Scarlet and Violet EX Trainer Box, and he was concerned that it was tampered when he saw these dotted holes in the back. He's new to the hobby. Are these dotted holes normal for japanese booster packs or is it a sign that it's been tampered with? Thank you in advance.
